My daughter took her permit test as a joke, and passed on the first try!! She completely shocked herself!!! She had previously taken several practice tests online before we went to try for it though, so that helped. She's driven about 3 times so far. Keep trying girls!!! 🙌🎉

Aww I feel for nayvee, I was the same way at her age. Perfectionist, took the test on a whim without studying, failed by 1 like journey but passed the second time. Drivers test passed with flying colors though. Best tip for permit test, you can skip a question and it not count against you, they show 30 questions but there are more, you just have to answer 30 and not get more than 3 wrong. All you girls are smart and very capable, tests are meant to stress us out. Hope it didn’t bum y’all out, take your time and don’t worry about not passing, it doesn’t mean failure, it’ll stress you out more and make you second guess or overthink. You girls got this 💪

5:07 and I love seeing journey and Videos again I’m glad that she’s back home. I’m not saying that her going on a mission was not important because it definitely was a very important decision. She made in her life that she impacted people and that’s a gift but I am happy to see that she is in the videos again. I love watching these videos.

Would your family mind praying for me? Hi Nelson’s, I just wanted to write on here to thank your whole family for all the wonderful content that y’all post. It’s nice to know that they’re families out there who love and support each other and don’t put too much pressure on one another to live up to society’s expectations of what’s normal. I myself am not “normal”. I’m 28 yrs old and I have only been moved out of my parents house for 1 yr. It’s been really tough trying to learn to do things myself and I’m still struggling with quite a bit. I have ADHD, and a pretty severe anxiety disorder. I won’t go into many details here but I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I was 20~21 and anxiety maybe 23. It was after I received these diagnoses that I learned that a lot of the things that made me “weird, & annoying” to my family wasn’t entirely my fault. I decided to move out at 27 due to bad things going on at home and I needed to try and put my needs first. Now I’m living on my own, but with a wonderful roommate, and I’ve gotten basically all my psychiatric meds sorted out and dental problems taken care of that I couldn’t do before I moved out. Here’s where I’d like your prayer. I’m still struggling with doing things on my own, such as grocery shopping, going to new places, or being in crowds without having an anxiety attack. I found out that I’m a good candidate for a psychiatric service dog that helps people with anxiety. The only thing is a trained dog can be ~$30,000 and it costs ~$3,000-$4,000 to have your own dog trained. I’m trying to go the cheaper route and get a puppy (for training purposes it’s preferred to start them as a puppy) that’s a small breed (due to my anxiety) to train as my service dog, but I’m having a hard time getting a puppy from a rescue because they get snatched up so quick and I can’t afford to buy one from a breeder. I work full time as a healthcare worker looking after a special needs boy and I make under $15 an hour. So my money is a bit tight after a spontaneous move last year in order to get out of a bad situation. I really really need your prayers that I’ll find a way to get my service dog and work on gaining independence. I’m literally crying right now as I write this because so far I keep hitting road blocks with getting my service dog that it feels almost impossible. I can’t ask for help from my family and I don’t exactly have any friends to ask for help either. So as a fellow Christian I’m asking for your family’s prayers that GOD will help me on my path to obtaining a service dog so that I might gain more independence in my life. I hope that one day I’ll be able to go on a date, get married someday and have a family and instill in them the importance of treating everyone kindly and with respect like your family show us everyday on RU-vid.

I passed my permit test the first time I took it and I was so thankful! I studied before it and listened to prayers for passing test here on RU-vid and I passed it with an exact 80! I almost missed it by one point because at the end it lets you review your answers before submitting the test and I changed one of the answers, it felt like a miracle 😂 💕 let’s just say I got extremely lucky that day haha

I had to take the test twice before I passed my permit test!!!!!! Also, I wish that we were allowed to get our permits at 15!!!!!! Unfortunately in Pennsylvania, you can’t take the permit test until you turn 16!!!!!! Once you get your permit, then you have to wait at least 6 months before you can take the drivers test to get your drivers license!!!!!! Good luck getting your drivers licenses in the future!!!!!!!

I get my permit the first time and I was soooo nervous! I kept telling myself I wasn’t going to pass. When I had that mindset, I missed the first two questions. After those questions I though Haley you know what, you got this! Stop second guessing yourself, read through the questions, and do your best and then I got every question right after that! I would like to say believing in myself and not stressing about it helped me pass, because my brain was more focused and determined but you never really know!

just a little reminder for people just because everyone else your age is passing their test its ok take your time if you need to skip questions if you are able to do it! i was 19 when i finally got my permit and license it will happen it sometimes takes others longer than others

Be encouraged you all will pass the next time, you have to speak positivity and believe in yourself. I know the test changes everytime so when you have free time they should have mock DMV questions in your state online, everyone should go on there and take the mock tests as much as possible.

I took my theory test (for driving) a couple weeks ago and passed the first time! Booking my practical driving exam soon. In the UK, we have an app to help us practise the questions! Super useful because the questions I practised on the apps were similar to those I had in the exam. I'm sure you guys have something like that to help you revise for the exam. I didn't realise you can retake the test again straightaway?! We have to re-book ours! Love from across the Pond x

There are digital versions of those books they have at the DMV! You all should download them and just memorize everything and quiz each other! I'm 22 now but when I was 15 I failed the first time before I realized there was a digital version of the booklet I could use to study. Hope this helps!

The test is honestly random. The first day I took it I failed by getting like a 60%. It kept asking me questions about the point system. The same day I decided to take it again and only missed 1 question. So let the kids know it’s not them it’s the tests 😂

In new Zealand, it's really hard to fail your learner's license test (equivalent of permit). There are 35 questions and you have to get at least 32 correct. Almost everyone passes first go

I took my permit test 7 times, and finally passed. In West Virginia, it’s way different from how you guys have to take it. You can only take it once, then if you fail, you have to wait a week and take it again, kind of silly if you ask me. They will get it eventually, good things take time! Good luck next time!!
