I have now been living here in Costa Rica for three years and I have learned a lot and been through some major life challenges in this 3 years. We will look at 12 ways my life has changed living here in Uvita Costa Rica. We talk about twelve things that are different in my life since moving to Costa Rica.. My health is better , I am more fit and my mental health being better are just some of the ways my life has improved since moving to Costa Rica.

I'm glad to hear all of that. The next generations are gonna value this kind of things a lot! If we take care of this we're gonna give it to the next generations and they're gonna continúe having this oportunity to be happy

Congratulations Señor Ed! Having known you personally these past 2 years, I can attest to much of what you said. You are much happier, positive and more inner strength than you had in the time I’ve known you. Your exercise routine, the activities you’re involved in are far more than what I do, but you are right, this place makes you healthier.

Congratulations!!! You look fantastic and like C.R has been treating you very well.
