I love that you went thrifting with your mom!!! And how fun that she flips on ebay. I've just started doing that on Etsy. Mostly vintage brooches. I've actually stopped making jewelry so that I can focus on flipping. 😢 I miss my beads!!! I've been thrifting for over 20 years, but never to resell. Lately I have been picking up silk ties & scarves. 😊 If definitely makes me sparkle.

I love harvesting and watching harvest videos. Do it! Grab those pliers out of the garbage and find a metal recycling business in your area. You can usually drop things off at their location. Most have a drop box you can toss them into and be on your way. I keep a box in my garage for metal items that can't go in the city recycling bin. I drop off items once a month to the local metal recycler near me. I LOVE those coral beads! Please let me know if I can buy them from you. Thx!

That was some great thrift store finds Brittany! I too love to recycle jewelry and have used like one earring missing the other to incorporate in making a necklace. The necklace has special meaning since the earrings were my Moms and she had lost one but kept the one cause it was special to her. Thank you for the video and have a great day!

I was at a thrift shore and found a very long necklace with a filigree on it. Since the chain was about 36 inches inches I couldn't pass it up. Once I got home and was looking closer to the filigree I saw that it was the letter R. Since my name starts with R this very cheap necklace was to pretty to tear apart so I now have a new necklace that I love. But I will keep looking for others that I can repurpose.
