Nice haul there. Never know what you'll run across in thrift stores/antique shops/emporiums/garage sales. I recently scored a Nikkormat FT2 body in good condition, an Olympus OM-10 with Zuiko 35-70mm zoom lens in excellent condition, and a Pentax Spotmatic with 55mm f/1.8 Super Takumar lens, Tamron 28mm f/2.8 lens, fitted case and Sunpak flash all in excellent condition; for pennies on the dollar. And they all work fine. That Zeiss T-star lens is the honey of your haul. Photo gear found like that I'm sure have some tales to tell. Nice job.
This is a great camera with fantastic lenses. Colours will be absolutely awesome. Very vibrant. A real find. You can get new cut out leathers to replace the worn covering on the Internet. The best is from an English guy who has a web store called Millie’s Cameras, I think. Did mine a few years ago. Good luck.
Very Nice find and great job with fixing it up. I also do camera hunting at the thrift stores. A couple months ago I scored a Yashica FR-I (Mint) with the exact same lens you have on yours, Carl Zeiss Planar T 50mm F/1.7, all for $20 bucks. Some thrift stores have gotten wise and have realized these cameras are worth something. The Goodwill's in my area are just now Greedy and no longer put out the good cameras, they now auction them and try to get as much as possible for them with out even testing them.
Nice find! Great job cleaning and fixing it up, it looks awesome. It would have been neat to see what photos were on there. I have made that dumb mistake before when I found a camera in the wild like this.
i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know of a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the login password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
