Thrift Store Makeover - Sniffledorf's Tea Party

I attempted another Thrift Store Makeover -this time with doll furniture which Sniffledorf is using for his tea party. This is a fun thrift store diy - sort of a furniture makeover. For this diy thrift flip I tried a repurposing thrift and painted some doll furniture into spooky furniture for my kitty. There’s not many good options for thrift store finds in my area but this one caught my eye. In the future I’d like to do an actual dream dollhouse makeover and turn it into a haunted house or castle, I think that would look really cool. This video did give me some experience on how to paint furniture and how to makeover dollhouse furniture so we’ll see if I can get my hands on one. I hope you got some thrift flip ideas and second hand furniture flip ideas from this video!

The set looks really great, and even Sniffledorf seems to like the final product. Perhaps the mayor of Boxville would be willing to let you makeover/renovate his town next? I don't know, seems like a good low-budget DIY that would have lots of cute cat moments in it.

Thank you! I wanted to keep the tutu on Sprinkles but Sniffledorf kept trying to rip it off. He didn't want to wear it himself, he just didn't want Sprinkles to wear it. I think he secretly hates Sprinkles 😅

I had a box that I carved a hole into for him. He loved it so much that he'd keep shoving his face through the hole and going in & out & in & out. It broke off all his eyebrow whiskers. They're growing back but I got rid of the box. He wasn't happy about it 😅

I think green drips would have look great, but I agree with your choice. Those stripes are so perfect I wouldn’t want to mess with them either! See if you can find a like green fabric to make pillows for the chairs and Mr. Sniffledorf can play with.
