If the door fell off while I was in the changing room I would simply pass away and never go to that thrift store ever again omg. Also, don't cut the dress! It has such a nice flow and fit on you, and feel like if you altered it, it just wouldn't be as unique either
i genuinely liked the length of the dress as is, it gives a very lovely silhouette and flows nicely on you. shortening it looks great too, but given that you don't have many pieces with this length, I'd suggest keeping it like this. either way, amazing haul!

Omg love those Carpenter jeans on you!! As much as I love glassons its often hit & miss with sizing once it goes thru the wash/dryer so at least if they fit you from the thrift it's a done deal 👏👌
All the items are so cute i love the black jeans😍 also storytime: when i went thrifting once i found these in youre face pink g star raw jeans originaly 120 euros for only 3 euros !!!!!!! And they fit perfect and looked super good that was such a big steal
Loved the maroon jeans! Make sure to check out salvos thrift shops they tend to be cheaper than normal salvos. Also check out flea markets like Camberwell or Fitzroy

I think that if you're not wearing the green top, it would be good to consider reselling or donating back to the thrift store. When you're smaller, many things 'fit' but when you're larger, the pool of cute things at the thrift store that fit is a lot more limited. Please throw us a bone, don't take things that aren't your size if you're not 100% sure.

hi angel! i'm so happy you enjoyed!! the annoying thing about most of the thrift stores i go to is, they aren't sorted by size, so everyone has to just hunt to find things that fit lol. i do find though that most of the places i have been going to have a huge selection of plus sized clothing! i'll make sure to show any cute plus sized pieces i find in the future :))) but highly recommend Karina Gomez for plus sized thrifting content, she fkn slaps xx

I would love to go to a thrift shop that big! All the charity shops near me are pretty tiny. I think the dress would be more versatile if you keep its current length. Ironically, I also think it looks more like lingerie if you shorten it. But this way it's more like the length of a real cocktail dress. You could also put a rollneck and tights under it in winter or style it a lot of ways!

Yes, I did! I try to be as conscious as possible but I’m definitely not perfect. What I love about thrifting is that is provides a more sustainable option for me to try new styles and if I don’t like them, I can give them another chance at life by donating them back x
