Hi Susie, I would love to share our best vegan recipes, although I am not the chef, I mostly bake, because I have the sweet tooth. Wendell creates some pretty amazing vegan dishes, mostly from scratch, he even makes vegan meat, it’s quite tasty and meaty. He’s pretty much perfected it, I don’t know if he uses a recipe but I might be able to finagle it from his brain 😂 he also makes great vegan melted mozzarella that goes great with nacho chips. He is now working on perfecting pizza dough with buckwheat flour. I highly recommend the Mooswood cook book if you haven’t heard of it. It has both vegan and vegetarian recipes but the dairy can easily be substituted for vegan options. Feel free to email me. 🌶 🥦 🍅 😊
