Allow me to explain what the deal with VMD is, it is a franchise, so each state is blocked off into different sectors that people can buy the franchise for a specific area. The owner will then take care of getting the vendors/food/music for his or her own show. Some of the vendors are "professional" vendors where they travel all over the country and do the shows, but probably a majority of the vendors are from somewhere in the vicinity/radius of that state. We live in central Florida and did the Tampa Metro Area show which was actually held in our town of Plant City. It is a bit overwhelming for first timers, lol, but now you know kind of what to expect if you decide to visit again! I think you chose nice items that will remind you of your first VMD experience. I watch these videos to see how other shows are run, what type of products are being sold and how other vendors set up their booths. Tfs, Laura
I love going to Vintage Market Days! It’s held in Raleigh near me. They have it twice a year here. Once on Mother’s Day weekend and then again at the beginning of November I believe it is. I go both times each year. It is kind of pricey but you can really find some great treasures! I am highly enjoying watching all your videos!
Oh I just asked on another comment where you lived and here I see this one and you say Raleigh. 😅 I got behind on comments 😜 Yes they have them in Chattanooga TN and Lexington KY apparently too. My daughter Hannah went to the one In Chattanooga this past fall and I went to the one in Lexington. I guess there’s different vendors at each one? That could be a fun road trip! Thank you for being here! ❤️
