i just wanted to say as an assault survivor with PTSD, this helped me stop needing medicine to fall asleep and calmed my anxiety about sleep (nightmares) ... which was life changing because as a medical student theres more than enough anxiety already and waking up in a fog from a sleeping pill is not ideal... so this really changed my life. thank you - maria , asmrequests and goodnightmoon you changed my life and now let me help other people. i passed the MD boards this year with your help

Thrifty tingles is by far my absolutely favourite asmr ever. I love the way she shares keeps the cycle going and makes use of and donates used items. I hate the way we throw everything away and have to have the newest thing. These videos make me feel vicariously good about myself as well as giving me tingles.

Hi Ally! I'm so happy to see you are making Thrifty Tingle videos again and would love to see a few Time Travel Tuesday's as well! The signs you purchased for your mother's friend were funny and kind of reminded me of my grandmother who I lost I few months ago. She loved horses and certainly would have enjoyed those.

Your personality has come out so much more than the beginning of your channel. I mean obviously, everyone starts to become more comfortable with their channel, but I’m still so proud. You used to be so serious about your channel and I could tell you would force your smiles and now you’re always smiling and you bring yourself out so much more and it’s a beautiful change 💛

wow this brought me back!! i used to watch thrifty tingles alllll the time but then i stopped watching asmr and you stopped making thrifty tingles. i found myself saying the intro and i didn't even know where it came from it just did like i didnt know or remember i knew it, i nearly cried bc of everything thats happened since u stopped making these ILY
