I just discovered your music on Facebook, literally a week ago. As a 74 year old life time guitar aficionado, including all forms of blues, classic rock, jazz, even some of the greats in heavy metal, I was delighted to hear some of your videos, on line. I looked up your name, wanting to know more about you. I'm from Texas, now live in rural North Texas, on my wheat farm. To me, blues is the ultimate language of soul. My list of guitar favorites includes all you cited in your sites, and many, many more. I suspect you like the same ones I do! I've been playing the guitar for a long time. But I can never play fast. I choose slow songs and don't get upset about the game. Many beginners chase the speed of the game, fail and no longer practice.abilities. For example, Metallica has free songs, listen and enjoy. You don't have to play fast like Satriani. Each person has their own physical abilities.
