🚚🏠💨 Welcome to episode 16 of Today's Tiny House Parking Spot... we road tripped to Los Angeles! Our travels included fun roadside attractions to the 2nd tightest parking spot we’ve ever squeezed our tiny home on wheels into in our friend’s central LA driveway. We had a blast spending time with our friends Tessa and Shaina, cofounders of LATCH Collective-a tiny house community education and DIY building group. ✊ Perhaps the most exciting part of our stay was the HUGE advocacy victory: LA is now one crucial step closer to allowing THOWs as accessory dwelling in the city. If it passes, thousands of legal parking spots could become available! ✊ Another wonderful trip highlight was reconnecting with artist and tiny house dweller, Dominique Moody. Her tiny home is living work of art. She was an artist-in-residence with Side Street Projects, a community art & education project.
