The credentialing guideline for sure. Knowing what you can/cannot do based on actual clinical training + comfort level and having that agreement with your SP is crucial to avoid pitfalls you cited in the future. Far too often, younger and newer grads are too afraid or simply desperate and fall victims to scope creep in their fresh out of school jobs
