Welcome to Chef Stories! In Episode Two, follow Sous Chef Nadine Ghantous from Rolo’s in Brooklyn, NY as she shares her history as a cook, and what inspired her menu for her pop up dinner with The Lineup. The Lineup is a dinner series highlighting the top culinary talent working the line at the best restaurants in New York City. Each year, 12 talented individuals are given the opportunity of a lifetime - to open their own popup concept for one night only. They are given a team to help bring their vision to life - from menu development, to testing, to creative direction, and promotion - they are given all the tools to tell their culinary story to a hungry audience in their own way.
