@@KingInBlack69 There were supposed to be four Thrones of Chaos Books, (one for each god). Only Tamurkhans book came out and we never got his siblings. Champions of Chaos is based off that monogod rivalry in the fight for zanbaijin.
Engineer hero fine, but seems super dumb not to get generic wizard lords for Empire. Would be a huge boost to my early game being able to buff the empires middling infantry at start. At this point I would like to "lose" the huntsman general and have him replaced by the Wizard Lord. Also the General should have mutually exclusive skill trees to tech into being a true general of the empire or a grand master stand-in.
Yeah, Hunter Lord is cool but not before Engineer Lord. Similarly, Engineer Lord is great but not before Grand Master and Wizard Lords. Hopefully Middenland DLC will fix.
And not to mention, I think if they will give the abilities I think they will restock and Artillery accuracy would really help the empire, especially in battles with reliable mortar and helstorm rocket fire. And being able to give your Hammer of the witches and silver bullets a refill on their ammo to get even more value out of them. And also, I'm pretty sure the engineer would get a landship or both varients of the steam tank as mount options it would certainly make those tanks more useful and increase the survivability of a ranged focused Lord and give them ability to be on the front line as many Empire Lords are required to be. And I'm pretty sure the mech horse engineer with a hochland rifle would be annoying to any high value units and Lords.
And yes, I do want a steam tank mount for gelt as much as the next guy but I still think the engineers would give the empire a lot more range power and give some of the more unused units like mortars in multiplayer a bit more use as I think it's an excellent artillery piece. It's just that it's inaccuracy is why it's very rare sight. And with more accuracy to artillery at large and with restock it would be the bane of any enemy.
Depends on the implementation. If it was only a support unit with a few bound spells...yeah, I probably wouldn't use it. If it had those things PLUS the Doomwheel-esque lightning attack I would at least recruit one in synergized armies. I'm fairly sure it will come with a Steel & Faith Middenland DLC.
Covering that in my follow-up vid to this one...definitely not looking like the same treatment as the exalted hero of tzeentch. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MvN6Eh6t_58.html
The Toad Dragon and Rot Knights are definitely unique and I'm super excited for. The Pestigors and Bile Trolls are essentially reskins but they're ok enough. The Plague Ogres in particular just feel like they don't really add anything worthwhile to the game. Definitely would have preferred they got a little more creative with that slot, but it does make sense alongside Tamurkhan.
