Throttle Body Synchronization 

Sync is not limited to carburetors. In this case you're syncing the throttle bodies so that they're all operating harmoniously. Each TB has a sync screw which allows you to adjust them (with TB #3 being the standard) all to work correctly together.

There are a couple things that may contribute to your experience. One is that you're not using the vacuum restrictors on your manometer. Get some of those and you may experience better results. The second is that you might just have too much fluid for the length of tubing you're using. Removing some fluid may assist with this problem.

if there apears bubles inside. means bottom conections are not sealed properly. hapened to mine one...

Use a T or Y adaptor. it will allow you to keep the map sensor plugged.

Getting mixed info on connecting the manometer. Is this connected to the vacuum hoses you pulled off the throttle bodies or connected to the throttle bodies. If connected to the throttle bodies what do you do with the vacuum hoses you pulled off? Thanks.

Can you show where you connect the fuel injected throttle synchronizer balancer and how to adjust the throttle body properly and evenly?

what was the liquid used in the tubes? rose syrup?

I just did mine and I think it depends on your bike. My R6 has four hoses , 1 connects to 3 and 2 to 4. Look up how to sync throttle on 05 R6 and the guy in the forum does a detailed how to with pics. Google it. also. I hear homemade manometers aren't acurate so I purchased Carb Tune Pro it gets great reviews and it's only $100 and contains no liquid so no risk of your bike sucking it out not to mention is WAAAY smaller than a homemade sync tool.

hey mate, did you need to extend the lines for your electricals / fuel line to the tank? my 03 R1 elec and fuel lines are so short i have zero access. Your take looks vertical.

what did you do with the MAP sensor??? when i try to synch my engine does not stay idling, cause i have to unplug the map sensor....

How do you syncbon this bike? I thought sync would be able only on carburator bikes

I attempted to do the same to my 08 R1 but the transmission fluid in the 6 foot clear lines would sort of bubble and climb toward the TB. I have to shut the bike off to prevent it from entering the TB. I have about 6 inches of fluid in each line. Any idea why this might be happening?
