To my knowledge, there are two types of throttle controllers available in South Africa though not this unit. It will take a bit of jogging through the modes to get the right settings since a mode that appealed to me on other type of controllers was Economic and/or Towing.
I’ve been running this controller for a while now, most of the time I leave it in intel as it maps your style and applies the correction for you, also good for towing. Otherwise I’ll use off-road or crawl set at 4/5
It would be great to see a youtube review. Especially crawling up a steep, rutted, rocky, rough hill. Particularly interested if it can aid in a consistent throttle application/speed when being tossed around like a salad up steep rough hill tracks. Nice vid 🙂👍
