On July 10, 2019, we started paragliding competitions in the Altai Mountains in the Kurai Valley, but not by the traditional road through Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk and Gorno-Altaysk, but through Tyva and Mongolia. Lake Khar-Nuur, or Black Lake, was the main target in Mongolia. We had to travel about 1500km through the wild and picturesque Mongolian high-altitude valleys to drive back to Russia through the Tashanta customs point. In the first couple of days we drove from Krasnoyarsk through Khakassia and Tyva and covered about 200 km in Mongolia...
