The Renault DTI 13 engine is from the Volvo FH. It is the same engine. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Trucks_T

The roads were really pleasant and it was a nice drive. If you use the Icons! workshop mode, may be a more pleasant image when buying the trailer etc.

Setting it to Ultra does not improve the quality . Try tweaking advanced settings available on the graphics menu.

I love the driving, very professional and soothing. But there's one thing that if you do it would make you my favorite ets2 channel. Soften the suspension please, you have it set way too stiff and it's not realistic. Look at videos of trucks from real life and you'll see how soft and bouncy they are. That's what allows you to feel how big and heavy the truck is and makes you more cautious around bends and makes the whole thing more realistic and fun
