WE ALMOST HAD IT😭
100% Overstrum is always so bittersweet. I hit all the notes in the song and I feel like everything came together perfectly, but still no FC. It was a very confusing mistake as well.
For anybody confused, a 100% Overstrum is the closest run you can have to being perfect. Every note is hit, but somewhere in the run you break your note streak combo by strumming when there is no note in the hit window.
This is not gonna hurt my mindset, I'm happy about the progress🙏

It’s gonna happen very soon absolutely! There’s no way it’s not gonna happen by now when he does finally FC it I’m gonna lose it he’s grinded so hard to get this and we’ve seen his progress up till now like my dad would tell me now “if at first you don’t succeed try try again”

Absolutely unreal! I would look at it in a different way, though, because after all, the nerves are basically eliminated after the break, so this is not a true representation of a real FC run (in my opinion at least). What this run proves, however, is that you are well capable of pulling this off, and this PB jump is just something that should motivate you if anything. Keep going, it's coming to an end!

I was driving a plow truck and listening in during this stream. When you said you were going to continue the run, my immediate thought was "oh no Jared..." I was really interested in the guitar hero community around 3-4 years ago. Soulless 4 hadn't even been FC'd yet. I'm just getting back into it cuz the community is starting to get a lot more popular. The amount that this community has progressed in terms of technical ability in the past couple years is mind blowing. These FC's are genuinely becoming scary.
