Hey Darwin I’ve been moved by your efforts to give back to the public lands as well as the hiking community. I’ve been watching your videos almost since you started posting. I’ve learned a lot from you and your great wealth of knowledge. I was wondering how I can give back to the community I am in Asheville NC, I am signing up to volunteer on the trails around here and want to do even more. I am at a point in life where I only want to be on the trail and outdoors. I’m starting to film while I am on the trail I just got my computer today to start editing and working on creating a RU-vid channel but I’m no where near actually creating it until I can find more time to be outside. Right now I work 9 hours a day Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday. I try to get on the trail everyday but of course I still have the daily tasks of living to do. I want to change my job into doing something outdoors. I was wondering if you had any suggestions to help me in that pathway. I am excited to watch public trust tonight when it drops. Any tips on starting up a channel I know you said just film as much as you can just wondering on anything else I can start focusing on while I film or what to film. I appreciate all the content you have made and happy your break helped out to send you in the direction you want to focus on. Can’t wait to see your new content and work coming out in the future.
