Hey. I have experienced loneliness as well. I don't live alone, and there are people in my life, but I just often feel alone. Realize there are lots of people in this world. Just end up on a bar stool and start a conversation. Often, you can connect with strangers better than with people who you know. One last thing. Get a dog - you will be loved. Cheers !!!
Excellent advice! Why did I not think of that. Holger!...if you decide on a dog and if you can afford it get a Chihuahua. I had two in my first marriage a very long time ago. I work ( play) two days a week for a lady repairing sewing machines. She has three Chihuahuas. To top it all I have one now as well. They don't need long walks, take up little space, do small poohs that dry up quick and easily removed, don't cost much to feed, are afraid if absolutely nothing and noe the big one!.... .they will love you to bits. Super affectionate. Oh yes...and they will let you know if anyones around 50 metres away!!!! But please do get the book I mentioned as the author covers Lonliness and how to deal with it ( seeing it from another aspect). Meanwhile good friend MORE JAMS PLEASE! Peter.
Listening in progress.. 14:05 I really like that randomized bass pattern. When I create music, I often try to be methodical, but I usually end up not liking the results. The traditional or typical way of creating sequences and patterns seems too similar to me now, and it's difficult to break away from it. However, when I hear disjointed, granular, or (a new word for me) "Aleatoric", I find it refreshing and inspiring.
0- 3:51 the H of old returns ❤ 10:12 peace in music 🙏 18:15 ethereal 36:46 flowing away to the reverb 🔥🔥🔥 41:40 way you build up layer, on layer, still as cool as the first time I saw you do it 🤘 57:51 🔊🔊 close encounters of the volcanised kind 👽👽👽 Back in full flow, thanks for jam. It was needed here too 👏👏👏👍.
It’s good to hear a new jam from you! Your sound and style is always refreshing to me. Very soothing! I’m glad that Superbooth was a good experience for you, and I hope you have a pleasant and peaceful week.
Thank you for putting the vocoder micro-freak up and center. I paid... to much for mine, but love the aesthetic. I need to get one of the original still, I have the all black one as well! Fun instruments, very weird to work with. Next on my list is a good reverb, it's time. It's always so good to hear a jam of yours. I know the pendulum swing from not wanting any interaction with people, to literally grasping at the slightest conversation. I've done a recent one, going from relatively stressful but solo work, to not stress/consequence work, but lots of interaction. It's rough, but the only way through is forward. I hope time heals your bumps and bruises. Just remember: "This too shall pass". Makes the happiest man weep, and the saddest man rejoice.
Dear Hobbesz, I am always surprised at the open and emotional statements you receive when you are authentic and human. This is what I especially notice in this community. That's why I thank you expressly for your wonderful words. They touch me. For me it's interesting in a certain way at the moment to see that there is also a maximum when being alone, I wasn't aware of that before. It shows me very clearly that you need a healthy balance between being together and being alone in order to have a healthy mind
@@Volcaniced Beautiful. You need your time to socialize. You need your time to create. You need time to reflect. The three are important, but I'm not sure if there is more.
Thanks for a great Jam and a good conversation as well @superbooth-berlin. Go on searching for environments where you can be yourself and meet likeminded people and do what you love. Make those inspirational improvised jams. Btw: I would love to put drums on that sounds 😎 Take care!!!
