Recipe and ingredients:
Grate orange zest.
150 ml warm milk.
2 eggs.
Separate 1 egg yolk.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
dry yeast 5 gr.
wheat flour 350 gr.
butter40 gr.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
I throw 200 g of nuts in boiling water.
Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
grease the dough with butter.
2 tbsp sugar.
brush with egg yolk, which we have postponed.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
