When you look at items you declutter that are basically brand new, and feel the regret for what you spent - remember it’s money already spent. Sometimes reselling works, but if you don’t have the time, patience and space to do so, it is not worth it. That money is already gone - you can’t get it back. Getting rid of that clutter really helps you mentally in my opinion.

Wow! You said toward the beginning that your basement got messy because you were lazy. It's hard to believe you were ever lazy when you worked so hard in this video. Maybe you mean you were very busy with the kids. Anyway, amazing work! You inspire me to keep going. I hope this is helpful- crib requirements change over time, so by the time you are ready to sell that crib, you maybe have a hard time finding someone to take it. You will do a kind act of service by calling a women’s shelter, etc and seeing if you can just give it to a family, or even offering to your friends on FB.

Excellent transformation🤩, gosh such hard work but the feeling of accomplishment is like no other!! Thank you for taking us along. Wow, that would be a big project to redo the basement but sure enough the space is great to develop and grow as your kids do, the 3rd bedroom, the entertaiment room and gym sound perfect.

Those decluttering videos are so motivating 💪 I'm glad you've finaly had few clothes to throw away around 1:40 as it's so hard for me to toss. I have no idea what they were and if it was yours or not, but I always take that motivation when it's clothes or nicer paper clutter like magazines/catalogues as I also struggle with those.

I loved I mean loved this whole basement declutter series I enjoyed every minute of it the best one I ever seen was yours u got rid of so much u was not joking when u was getting rid of it you going to be doing any other deciutter series anywhere else I love ur decor hauls ur home is beautifully styled n u do an amazing job at it u take time for ur home love when u decorate for holiday especially christmas I enjoyed last Christmas decor haul n the way u displayed it

When you declutter that much stuff, it was a WANT ... INSTEAD... of a NEED item when you bought it. That's just good $$$ wasted. I DON'T buy any WANT items anymore. I buy ONLY WHAT we need. Materialistic things do not matter to me anymore.
