Throwing my 7 foot deep hole cast net 

I've tried different methods and this by far was the best way for me thanks for this

I throw mine the same way i moved from a 7 to a ten foot net the larger has a greater catch rate but is difficult to throw from a kayak 7ft has been the best for that
