That is because Life itself when you boil away all the fancy moves, *REDACTED* and underengineered buildings is *a wrestling game.* Of course the engine works for all games as they're all slice-of-life games. If MDickie makes a World of Tanks clone the engine will change, but until then it works.
Honorable "favorite moment" mentions: * getting arrested for "impersonation" 5 TIMES within 15 minutes, just because he was wearing ugly ass clothes * getting a limb chopped off because he broke a window * getting that same *injured* limb healed and regenerated for less than $40 * horses and wolves falling over dead just for being bumped into * his first character getting murked at the end
i think a thing about Tomatos opinions on games that i find kinda odd is his "i dont care so long as the writing is good" it just like... yeah, the majority of people feel the same way it's just that not only was the thing bad but it was extremely unlikely for it to turn out good given the direction they went and being "written well" would likely result in a vary different sequence of events. that's not mentioning the difference between it being "fine and it being good cus people want the thing to be "good" not just be serviceable i will also say that devs for a lot of these franchises do get overly blinded with this need to for a performative displace for choices mattering and not really hashing out when those choices lead to or if the choices are necessary and not needless bloat.
This one was a flop. Game is too complex for a Baba like Tamto; he needs to be sent to some sort of *school* where they teach *wrestling* first. Disappointing. I like the organic content, the only notable thing was being chained to a guard while it not forcibly swapping clothes. While it being optional is neat people that hit *skip all* to instructions behave like this. TL:DR? *Streamer isn't smart enough to dress for success.*
