At that temperature there is no humidity in the atmosphere at all, and the video looks like there’s no breeze. In those conditions, it’s safe to stand outside as long as you have well insulated boots and a hat. Your body warms up the air trapped in your clothes, and without any dampness there is no cold transfer, and without a breeze the warm air stays around your body. You’re pretty much only losing heat from your mouth/nose, soles of your feet and the top of your head. Good boots and a good hat will save your life at that temperature (I’m from 59 degrees north).
@@maryavatar yeah it's like how space is 270- celcius but you whould still not actualy freze just becaus theres nothing to pull heat out of you and insed you just lose heat from the natural radiation of infrared light emited from your body.
Imagine getting a deep cut and your blood starts to spill out. The freezing temperature makes your blood and insides form something that looks like it does, in that Annihilation movie. 😰
The most I ever experienced was -36C and didn't really need any gloves. You only need them if your hands get wet (or sweaty from your pockets). But you should cover your face if going out for more than 10 minutes.

@Harun Hasanovic I guess so because it has caffeine in it. But when I was way younger and whenever my parents aren't able to buy bread for breakfast, we just put rice in a cup of coffee. And I just started drinking again when i was 12ish? or older. So basically I've been drinking coffee, but it didn't really kept me up. It might've been the one that hindered my growth though (I'm 4'7 and I'm 15).

Lol he was only outside for a few seconds, and the coffee only froze because the throw dispersed it into tiny coffee droplets with a high surface area : Volume ratio, making them easy to freeze
