@@tushargahlaut5812 i think you r a padhaku type guy, Mere bhai agar man le vo bnda is cheez mai fail hojata jis sval pe interviewer uski thinking check kar raha hai, To it do not make any sense to reject him bcoz his thinking was not satisfying interviewer , He might can have a very good prblm solving thinking in other prospectives
@@varungaur9690 Interviewer ask these kind of logic puzzle just to check Outofthebox thinking of a candidate. You didn't notice she told him its fine if he is not able to solve it which indicates that She is not gonna reject him for that.Its just a kind of test to check thinking ability of the candidate.
Neither the Company was wrong here nor that was a badass moment. He got lucky that's it. I actually thought the company was actually considerate in the decision.
Attitude plays a very important role in everyones life so make sure you have , neither they will make you down. Bcz some people can't understand simple behaviour. 👍

That's good actually. When i heard from hr that will get back to you, it's a negative message. Even though they dont get back to us or give message on feedback or just say we r not selected. That's really hurts.
Profiles where both technical and analytical skills are required tend to ask these type of questions. It shows the analytical ability of a candidate in a stressed situation, and how he tackles the same. I went for an FP&A interview, lot of technical questions were asked, but at the end, some puzzle and mind questions asked as well.
Questions asked were not relevant to job profile. Even I also came across such incident where interviewer asked me questions which were nothing to do with my job, I gave interview for sales profile and he was asking me, what is GDP, CAGR, my opinion about indian economy 😃😃
I resigned 3 jobs without getting new job offer.. but got selected without any problems.. remember if company have vacancy they will select you if not they will not.. interview is just a document verification process .. weather you actually know about work or not..

its not fake , its real happen with me & my collogues well...why its happen because when company not able to pay you enough and they feel they are running out of budget...they definitely directly not say " you are fired ' ..they will downgrade your interest and make you feel you are not good fit now..now the situation can solve by resignation...that is the power tool of every single company do same .
Dude there are deadlines in project. You taking unplanned leaves is a problem for project manager. You should be lucky they didnt fire you. This is just developers way of thinking. In job you will have to report your leaves or the whole team in the project suffers.
