How can he use wall at 6:03 without having a tenacity pet out?

as MM if u dont have a pet out, Wall is the Ability ur able to use . But if u have a Cunning pet it will replace wall with Master's call + Movement speed. same with Ferocity it will be replaced with Heroism + Leech and Tenacity u get the it + the % stamina.
