Wow!!! I won a bfl on pickwick 3 weeks or so ago And we ran into the same thing. When we brought our Baits up current we got bit. I caught 2 5lb smallish on a jackhammer going against the wind and current! Was nuts!! I’d never seen it also so will definitely try this on other lakes!! You the man ZONA!!

Just don't understand why fisherman use such a thick line. What's the purpose of getting the best fight on a fish. I can understand a fishing tournament fishing for money but dam. Light tackle is the way to go
