It's no movie. Thunder in Paradise was a sick show. Sickly fun to make fun of. Hulk in an eye patch? Glad to see the Germans enjoy some classic D level 80's Baywatch/Xena rip-offs. Germans probably like Hulk because of his blonde hair and blue eyes.
