Hey guys,
Welcome back to another very delayed video. In this instalment, I am going to be showing what I have been working on over the past month. We will take a little look at how the Adeptus Mechanicus diorama is progressing, along with an exciting collaboration. We will also be taking a look at some Thunder Warrior-based distractions that I have been working on.
In the Thunder Warrior section of the video, I go into detail about the pieces I use to make my conversions and which ones I feel work best.
There is also an opportunity to show off your own Thunder Warrior/Unification Era miniatures and also, a GIVEAWAY!

I love your Thunder Warriors! I just finished rereading The Outcast Dead, and it really solidified my desire to make some of them as a side project, as I’d been considering doing so for a couple of years. Fantastic job with yours, and I also really enjoy seeing your Mechanicum diorama as it progresses. Thanks for sharing!

Love these Thunder Warriors. Made one out of a 17cm McFarlane Primaris Intercessor. Lots of cutting, filing, sanding and sculpting, went for a dark bronze color scheme.

I run a Thunderwarriors army using 3 squads of creations of bile Chosen with the icon of khorne…they are a perfect representation…stronger, more wounds than Astarte, weaker armor than custodies, aggressive traits in khorne mark, as well as access to anti osyker strats as tw were more warp resistant. Good warlord traits for tw as well. Even used a master of possession as a medic/combat drugs with pact of flesh and mutated imvigoration

A man of my own heart! They are fun little conversions to make. What kind of pieces are you thinking about incorporating? I would be interested to hear how you plan to create yours!

@@imperiumnihilus cataphractii terminators legs (nice and chunky), infiltrator heads (detailed and visor), prob arm them with custodes gear to make them playable

That sounds good to me! Bet they will look great once complete. Might have to follow your lead and try using some cataphractii for future conversions. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Coming along great. Nice choice of paint for the diorama. Are these scenes going to be playable or permanent dioramas?

Thank you very much! Dirty down rust really is a magnificent tool. My aim with this diorama is to have it as a display piece. I do however have a lot of scenery that I would like to turn into a gaming table soon.

Thanks Robert! My hope is that one day we might actually get a game system from GW. Something akin to a stand alone set like Blackstone Fortress or Cursed City with the possibility of expansions. Alas I can dream 😅. Thanks for watching!
