Our family loves the Thundercats; it holds a special place of sentimentality and nostalgia for us! ☺️ We enjoyed the thorough review, as well as the fun comparisons to the other Lion-O figures! Filming outdoors was a shrewd decision, too, as it lended a little natural light to your review! Indeed, the sun lent Lion-O’s face and paint apps a clean (for the most part) charm. Aesthetically pleasing, that is. 😀 Question for you: was this figure found in the back of the Target store, near the electronics (aka the Collector’s Section)? I think Lion O 2024 perfectly fits with Cheetara, the Thunderkittens and Snarf. For the rest, we should get a new sculpt. Panthro, Tygra, Bengali, Jaga, Lynx O still sports that old Matty Collector Classics Torso thickness while Pumyra inherited the tall female syndrome. Completely out of scale with Cheetara and Chilla
The claw is basically armor piece so it should be bigger and hang lower. That like saying a helmet is too big for a body. If the helmet was the same size as the head it wouldn't be a helmet😂
Awesome Review Brother! Yeah that's happened to me a BUNCH Of times loosing my audio lol. You did a great Voice Over though! Great stuff! Lion-O isn't what I expected BUT he's not that bad either. The head Sculpt is going to be where everyone will have their own opinion. For me his head is sculpted a bit odd the forehead looks like it is slanting back lol. But the paint looks great on your version. The eyes are pretty good too! Glad you got one to review! Now if they'll only get up here to Canada 🥲

Deluxe Lion-o or Worthless Lion-o? Not cartoon accurate at all! The whole skin absent paint absolutely sucks! Why does his skin looks almost pink or Caucasian? LOL 😂😂😂 Mondo should get the license to make Cartoon TCats with double joints
... When you love the packaging, but the actual figure is 😐😐 It's cool that we get more Thundercats figures, but I don't find the changes for this one good. (Removal of thigh/leg muscles and weirdly human coloring) Going to look for the previous releases instead. I appreciate this video though! ❤ Nice to see what it actually looks like and to hear your thoughts on it as well!

Agreed about the price point. 4even $24.99 is fair considering inflation and all from the 80s. $35 is a lot for a figure with no extra heads or hands. Super 7 does that with their 3 inch figures. They have no articulation and are $20. But it will be fun to see in the stores. And the sword isn’t shiny or have a crystal clear red eye …? Oh well.
