why would you give her short range skill, while she is a sorc and majority of times she will be at longer range.. shared ward is more or less useless, better use vanish for survivability, or better yet (if you use solo build, you probably have one healing skill on you) so you can heal her and use that slot for starfall. And most important, to maximise companion DPS you use all medium with aggresive. Light armor is for healing...
