People should understand...Keith is a great human being, all the talk he did was just to promote their fight. Manny is a legend, always a pleasure to watch him.
Indeed. At the behind the scenes before the fight, I saw Mr. Thurman with his wife and kids and thought, hey, this is a good man. None of the arrogance that Broner had. He did a very good job of playing the role and promoting the fight. Smart man.
When Thurman speaks, describes, goes in depth.... it is like I can instantly visualize what he is saying. Thurman will be a superb ringside commentator and is already a great boxing analyst.
Thisbis the reason why Filipinos respect Thurman. All that trash talk was just for the hype in the end he acknowledged MPs win… and they both gave us boxing fans a good fight. Kudos to you KT
Are you kidding? This was completely disrespectful. Thurman walked up as if he was someone special and the interjected during manny’s press talk to steal the moment and make it about himself. He then tried to down play it as if he had something nice to say about manny but this was 100% an attempt to steal the spot light and it worked. And dumb asses like you are like yeah we love Keith!! You been played
When Keith was active years ago, he was on a roll and He was really good after beating Guerrero, Porter; and Danny Garcia. Spence came into the picture, and he was inactive, injured, nowhere to be found. Josesito gave Thurman problems and Keith thought he could take liberties on Manny because of Manny’s age, but Keith was too inactive to deal with Manny’s speed.
@@jonmolina948 super truth! Great comment. Keith Thurman is not a bad guy personably. But holding those belts hostage for 2 something years. Hurt the sport. Now he’s acting as if ESJ is ducking.
How can you not love Manny! Always have smiles and show respect to the other boxers he fought in the ring. Thurman was so awesome by saying all the nice things about Manny and even gave each other a hug. What a true champion...both of you Manny and Keith! God bless both fighters.
i don’t think a lot of people realize that thurman was does his trash talk to promote fights, even manny acknowledged this, that’s why there’s not real beef between them
Manny’s team knows he doesn’t like talking to sell fights but more so his style of fighting, so Thurman did the honors for him. It was a beautiful battle between them nonetheless.
Disrespect is disrespect I am sorry this is a legend. You cant just get away with the way thurman talked. Manny never holds grudges. There needs to be a sense of respect and boundary especially when ur talking to the GOAT
@Kenlee Mack Da Truth 3000 doesnt matter promoting fight man there is a limit mate the way thurman was talking was too far promoting fight or not. You just dont do that. Yeah he is a professional athlete Ofcourse he will fight clean he is a world champion fighting the most respected fighter of our generation.
I use to be a Floyd fan and I was rooting for Floyd hoping that he’ll win the fight but after watching the replay over and over til this day all I can say tbo is that Pacman won that fight and Floyd should’ve been honest but he didn’t that’s why I don’t respect Floyd I respect the truth and the truth is manny won that fight.
@@kerrycruz9880 nothing corrupt in the fight. It was an easy victory for mayweather. Pacquiao's camp didnt prepare enough. Floyd landed more punches than pacquiao despite people saying he "runs away", he threw more punches than pacquiao, and he dominated and controlled the match, even starting in round 1 he was also more aggressive than Pacquiao. Pac only started becoming aggressive around the middle rounds where he landed the bulk of his total punches, but Floyd adapted after every round. Judges take note of a fighter's style too. If a fighter is known to be an aggressive fighter or a fighter is defensive. And obviously here, to the judges it was the defensive fighter controlling the fight: Floyd was making Pac follow him around the ring, make Pac miss his punches, and then land more punches than Pacquiao. This also made Pac look clueless and ineffective in the ring to the judges. To the normal audience though, since typically we have a small attention span for action sequences and we dont often think of looking at the bigger picture when we watch these, it looks like Floyd is running away.
@@blo0mfilter868 okay are you sure you watched the right fight because the part where you said Mayweather through more punches bro please watch that fight again in slow motion and count each missed and landed punches thrown from both fighters because if you really believe mayweather threw more punches then you must really be terrible at math.
I STARTED TO LOVE KEITH ONE TIME THURMAN.. HE IS A LEGEND FOR ME TOO WHEN HE DOES THESE VIDEO... HE IS A GOOD BOXER... THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND TO OUR GREAT BOXER MANNU PACMAN PACQUIAO... GOD BLESS US ALL🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️😇😇😇
@@luiskross6454 and because of it some tend to have less profit specially from PPV and other aspects that contribute to the fighter's earnings. People love humble fighters but let's be honest. We tend to watch more of those who are hype/who trashtalks a lot, because we either like them or we want to watch them get knocked out.
Filipinos like every fighter that lost to Pacquiao. But they despise the ones that beat him. They hated Tim Bradley when he got a gift against Manny, but when he lost the 2nd and 3rd fight, Filipinos suddenly "like" him. Foh
So lovely to see two men punched each other in the face, but at the end of the day they really have a lot of respect for each other and even love each other! 👏👏
@borat bagatov yeah and everyone favors spence (vegas) and most boxing analysts but mainly cos of age. If they were both 29 we know who everyone would favorite.. Only thing is if which Pac we'll get this fight, if a fresh prime pac comes on august 21 at 43 hes winning this easily and can see this fight going like the margarito fight.
He said Spence . But Thurman was encouraging Sen.M .Pacquiao to beat Spence the same way that he was beaten .Size doesn't matter to Sen.Pac .Go Manny .🙏🙏❤❤💪💪💪
Ironically enough we actually had a dog named Thurman and we got him on the same day as the fight but sadly he passed away recently last month due to illness. He will always be the quickest and craziest of my dogs, he will always be loved and missed 💙🐶
T' was actually Manny's tribute to Keith. Remember his first dog's name is Pacman and he replaced it with Thurman. Could be symbolic. Or he wants to remind himself that he had been in a dog fight with him. Both are great guys. Definitely good for the sport.
Keith Thurman will be always be remembered now, that's what happens when you fight Manny Pacquiao, you just automatically become a legend and go into another level in the prestigious history of boxing when you fight the PacMan. Next Errol Spence Jr will soon be remembered like that!
@@matthew-jy5jp are you sure?most fopipino dont know that name thurman, but becouse he gought manny pacquaio we know that name already, and im sure even in the other country...
Boxing is his world, there he can be himself naturally. Boxing is Manny’s natural habitat and not politics so Manny get out of politics while you can to redeem the real you..
Bruuu! Manny is like anime protagonist that after he fought a villain it change to a good guy, it's really true that if you give them respect and kindness you can change people.
Yeah that’s why I admire Pac so much. Fighting guys that are heavier and bigger than him naturally when he can easily plow through fighters in lower divisions. But you have to give credit to those who can make the weigh in. It’s not easy cutting weight
I Just love how Pacquiao looks at Thurman confused on who he is but then realizes it's him and his reaction it's like long time friends meeting again for the first time
BUT FIRST PAQUIAO SHOULD SETTLE THOSE PROBLEM HE CREATED HERE IN THE PHIL ESPECIALLY HIS TAX. EVASION & 3,5 BILLION GHOST PROJECT & FOUR MONTHS FAKE DIPLOM OF POMITICAL SCIENCE DEGREE 🙄 TGEN YOU CAN EAT YOUR DOG I MEAN HOT DOG!!
@NUMBER ELEVEN thurman has nothing to lose, so it's really up to crawford if he's ready to risk his 0, and now crawford scheduled to fight a b-level fighter this coming October. LOL
I kinda dislike thurman before, but the way he accept and move on from his loses from pacman make me like him again..hope u guys understand what i try to say. sorry for the bad english😎.
Im sure he will be. I dunno if he offically retired yet from boxing but im sure thats what hes looming into. Also kinda sucks that he hasnt fought since that pacquiao fight but i think he shouldnt anyways
its healthy for this kind of sport to see 2 boxers that fought each other last time but now its like nothing... kudos to thurman for being a nice guy... all that talk is for publicity only....
lmao it's funny cause he keeps calling out spence but he hasn't fought in 2 years and his last fight was a loss. Why does thurman deserve a shot over ugas, ennis, ortiz, or porter?
@@migyymobile9794 So him having not fought in 2 years and his last fight being a loss is an opinion? Meanwhile Ugas has fought 3 times since and is now the WBA champion.
True sportsmanship, it really takes a huge courage to speak out something good about the person who defeated you in the ring and the one who does it, he is a true sport person.
