My best friend just had a baby; thank god, now my parents will stop bugging me about not wanting to have kids! My parents actually ask how their first and possibly lyrics only granddaughter is doing. Because my friend throughout her whole pregnancy and still tells me, "don't have kids!". My parents, my friend and even I refer to her child as "the first and possibly lyrics only grand child". Thankfully she'll grow up loved and with lots of (extended) family! Happy mother's day!

When she said "a poem" in the vid I was like omg I wrote a poem for my madre too (even tho I bet a bunch of ppl probably did that as well but anyways) but I wrote it like a week and a half before mothers day in my la class cuz it was an assignment kinda for some1 special so I just wrote it for her except mine is longer and more serious then hers ofcourse and well I just hope she likes it but Iv gave her many handmade gifts from me mostly cards and they kinda look weird, creative, and crafty as well but there not the best but at least I try and put in some hope, time, effort, and love in it but give me a break I'm only 14 and not that good of an artist so yeah...

I do not believe in "Mothers Day"! for nine months they bore the anxiety and marks of our growth within them. they battled with the hormones,the sickness, mood rollercoasters and strange cravings for odd combinations of foods. for many hours they struggled in pain to bring us into the light. many long sleepless nights they nurtured us, fed us, kept us safe. years they spent in giving us what they could to make our lives as good as it could be. a kiss and a bandaid made any boo boo better. many awkward meetings with school counselors, when our behavior just wasn't understood. shared our failures and our triumphs in whatever we did. embarrassed us in front of our friends because we were and always would be her little baby. a lifetime she spent caring about us, worrying over us. and all we have is ONE day to celebrate this? Mothers Day isn't this Sunday. Mothers Day is everyday for the rest of our lives.
