The key point is to create an imagination in the head how it works (this is the job of the trainer). In this case it starts with the wrist. If you got this you simply need many balls (with higher age a lot more many balls and not only 9 minutes) to install the "brain-wrist connection". Later on you can toss the ball higher, add the whole body,... In principle you can learn at any age. It is never to late. This is the sence of this video.

Thanks. Unfortunately you did not explain the arm movement in details.. How high is the elbow.? Do you push it backwards behind the body? Or hang it? How is the pendulum motion created? How does this serve differ from the normal pure backspin except for the the higher handle? Many thanks

Hi coach. Can you advice how to toss the ball for the pendulum serve so that the serve is consistent with less mistakes? Also when I serve, the ball often hits my head oder chin. How to prevent this? Thanks very much for your help
