There aren't many good, free agent 3 in Europe. kasane was free but he hasn't really matured yet as offlaner, so he accepted that he play with Yellow Submarine team under Team Spirit. I think Team Secret realized about this way back, that they just converted BOOM to be an offlaner. Also proven by Entity picking Gabbi from SEA because there isn't really any 3 available in Europe. Entity struck a gold when DM had troubles with OG, suddenly coaching 9pandas when moved to inactive roster that resulted in him played in neither and became free agent. Ramzes has been playing as 3 for a while in 9pandas, and while it's not the best one, it's the best one available in europe. + friend of Pure + he can get visa easily as he already travelled across the world that it won't be an issue to request a visa.
