I hope the 'taste in names wasn't "too Gamey" for you. ;) These are *Unofficial Titles* to Song name and movements. Check DOTA2 Sound Pack ~ Only a *Jedi Master Violinist* could make a masterpiece of a rendition assembly like this!
Until someone offers names to the song and movements, i wanted a reference. What is legit is that i said that the titles were *Unofficial*. But Lindsey has in the past offered her fans to put a name to her song, now named "Anti Gravity" I'm sure she has references to each piece, and perhaps names she will reveal later. I had a little fun with creating some names for them that are gamer related.
:) She does have Spirit~ This rendition assembly was a joyous find for me. Right now i'm liking it better than her 'Halo Theme' rendition with William Joseph... which will always be one of my all time favorite covers for gaming themes that she has done. In this she ~Rocked with Classical Style~ - The end part, i first called "The Devil Went Down to Georgia, Lindsey Style" ;D
The *Queen of Rock in' Violin* does it again! Lindsey Starling ~ The Gamer Awakens ~ ;D The more i listen to and watch this the more i like it. Max performance. Absolutely spectacular and powerful select musical arrangement by Lindsey. Her performance here was Epic! Where it took my thoughts was as to a hint in comparative perception to her spin on the yet unreleased song 'Lost Girls' to the story line she put forth regarding.
I have Dota2 now through Steam. It takes some time. Fun to the point of addicting. I played against the bots for practice, I am also addicted to writing html documents and making links regarding Lindsey Stirling. That's how i found this. :)
Wtf, why is she even allowed to play live ? To those who don't understand : 0:22-0:25 (!), 0:53, 0:58, 1:01, 1:12 (!), 1:58, 2:29, 2:46-2:49, 2:53, 2:59, 3:41, 3:43, 3:53 (!), 3:57, 3:59, 4:02, 4:45 (!), 5:39, 5:51, 5:55, 6:18-6:28 wtf are those accents, 6:22, 6:24-6:27 (!), 6:51. If you still don't understand, buy yourself some ears.
good choice XD. dancing and violin shouldnt really go together since it really mess up the playing. Even though (if u know her on youtube) she does this a lot but still messed up quite a few times.
I probably have watched more Lindsey vids than most, A LOT more. And i saw her perform live twice. The dancing violinist as an artist doesn't get an eraser; yet she has progressed Extremely well! And getting better and better, perfecting her skills. This unique field she has chosen, there is no competition... No one else to compare her to in this field... She is a pioneer.. a gutsy, kind, encouraging, hard working performer applying so many gifts and talents, and often pushing herself beyond limits most would endure. Maybe in the future, you will appreciate her performance for this group more. "I dare you to do better." - Captain Pike
Jediael7 i appreciate her techno style violin playing with the dancing, but when it comes to the a bit more traditional(classical) style then being a bit more still would be my preference. though i wish i learn to dance while playing the violin, i dont think anyone would wanna see a grown ass man dance ballet with a violin XD .
Though i am a bit partial to the Jedi Master Violinist look, The hooded Elf idealism works well on her too. :) This song so new to my ears. Classical style. It is something i might expect to hear in a movie. Well, she already has "Something Wild" in the upcoming Disney film "Pete's Dragon". This sounds like something that could go in the movie as background music as well. - There are some musical pieces i have to listen to more than once, to really appreciate the arrangement. ... a story line also helps to relate to the piece. Lindsey usually has a story line behind a song. ... since I do not know the name of the song... nor the story line behind it... until further notice... Creative Imagination Engage! :)
Ah okay, well i am not aware of all the minor variations between DOTA2 and other games. The costume does look a bit elvish in style though. I have been a gamer since 2004, though i have never played this one in particular. Still i think her costume, rendition arrangements and dancing violinist performance here was so remarkable... I have probably listened to this more times in a row than any other piece she has done... out of the 80 or more pieces she does that i am aware of. Truly Epic!
But thats what everyone loves abour her, its very hard to play the violine and dance at the same time and otherwise it wouldnt be so much life in her songs
I fully enjoy and encourage her dancing with the violin. So many people love it, and she enjoys performing it that way. To me, as an illustrator who appreciates music. She is exquisite art in sound and motion. And i look forward to illustrating her in a multitude of dancing violinist poses.
