Yeah he honestly kills units that he shouldn't be able to kill. I love him and all, also one of my favorite units but I understand the ridiculousness of having to worry if your Nephenee, Ephraim or TRIANGLE ADEPT Male Robin is tanky enough....

I use Leanne. She cool. Basically have her speed tactics and res tactics, WoM, and that’s it.

Reyson is easier to obtain than Leanne. That's the only comparison

Yeah but, then he even comes with 30 speed, not great, but enough to naturally outspeed most tanky units that you would use to tank him.

@@Shademastermcc there are many units you can use to tank him that have better spd and honestly in this day and age 30 spd is nothing as even armors can reach that with ease.

@@drago_excalibur I'm not saying there aren't, I'm saying there aren't many that come to mind. Like L!tiki. But if you don't kill him he's just gonna get danced. Which means the hero needs at least 35 speed. And that's assuming they aren't running any speed buffs on their team.

@@Shademastermcc Black Knight, Nephnee, Joshua, Velouria, Kana, Oscar, Valentine Ike and many more have enough speed to prevent Tibarn from doubling and ORKO him with Null-Follow-up. The skill outright crushes his whole setup and yes while there are ways to defend against it, when used well its a guaranteed check mate for him and others that depend on such skills to win which is why Tibarn players should always be cautious about people who us this skill.

I switched to Mia when Tibarn Lost. Partially out of favoritism, no hate on Olivia, and partially because they're both from the Tellius games.

We'll see what his refine is. If it makes him super efficient at cutting wood then maybe...

This is so accurate! Sometimes he does like 2 dmg to units I don't think will make it and then sometimes he does 36X2 to units that are blue tanks.

@@Shademastermcc Right? And it's not even just AR! He does this to me in Tempest where he has base kit!

@@matthewcoyle4131 I think it has to do with your hero sustaining damage. Remember, he only doubles automatically if the enemy is at full health. So if you've taken like 2 dmg, it means he won't double and won't kill. Other than that, I can't understand why he does or doesn't kill sometimes. Just gotta look through all of the buffs and interactions that are going on in that match...which can take an eternity on Aether Raids....

Giving my Nephenee Null Follow Up was the best choice I've made in FEH to date. While Naesala has a much better time doubling naturally he's not as physically bulky so it's all good

The next time Adrift m!Corrin is on a banner, pull for him. He hard-counters Tibarn with just his base kit.

Brown Cow I'd trade one of him in a heartbeat if I still had one and I could, I'm saving for Gray's rerun now though so I'll get him eventually.

@@shadedhydra6674 It would be great if they added trading to this game. A Pokémon GTS style system would make pawning off units you don't need to get the fodder you want to build with a breeze. Of course there would always be a bunch of people trying to trade things like Sully for Ike.

Brown Cow It would but then what's it stop people making duplicate accounts and trading amongst themselves, if there was a way to get rid of that I wouldn't mind.

@@shadedhydra6674 That's a good point. How about only letting units be traded for units of the same star rating? That way they have to fork over 20k feathers per 5 star, and if they have to put in that much effort, they might as well just put in a trade offer to begin with.

Is it really worth it to give him an enemy phase skill, even though his entire kit consists of player phase skills?

Let me answer for you, no it isn't worth it. I've seen a lot of people try to reinvent the wheel in this game. Sometimes it works, sometimes....it makes no sense. You lose too much offensive potential giving him QR. Either keep his chill atk (to reduce enemy dmg even further making it impossible for them to counterattack) or go with desperation. I would just keep chill atk since he basically takes no dmg anyway. I find it difficult to get into desperation range.
