Such as what? These are poor mountain people. Not likely they have money to build roads and buy trucks, plus the equipment needed to lift the logs up to the trucks. The oxen are treated much more humanely than in many other places.
I do not think that it is form of torture . Equally helping each other with owner and animals .then who will care these humble animals so only owner have right to care n works .Actually donot looking appearance only beyond that lots of goods things remain.
