The easiest way to remember the order of the Baltic States is that they're in Alphabetical order North to South (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) - at least in English. Then you just have to remember which city belongs to which state. Given it's Petrograd, the year has to be between 1914 (when it was changed from St Petersburg to Petrograd) and 1924 (when it became Leningrad). Which makes Petrograd a rather unlikely destination as it's either during the First World War, the Russian Civil War or the early days of Communist rule - an unlikely time for tourist to go Inter railing into Russia/USSR!

Hi LRR tabletop, you made a setup mistake each player get a Long Ticket and 3 short Ticket(20-20+ point scores, in blue colour) at the start of the game, and when you have dealt the Long Ticket one each player, the rest goes in the box. If the Tickets are mix together you need to separate the Tickets in yellow/orange point markers ( short Tickets) and blue point markers( Long Tickets), cause the short Tickets are the ones you use during the game.
