When I badly need a good chuckle, I come watch 1 or 2 ... or 3 ... or 4 ... or ..... of your vids. I've been fascinated with slow-motion photography since my early childhood (now a 72 y/o child ;-) ). You blokes know how to both entertain and educate. Thanks!!!
I like the big stunts because of course they are impressive. But I always found the little things fascinating in slo mo like how the armhair pulled or exactly how the crack started to form on the spinning CD. There just isnt much detail in the super slo show.

You guys should try filming sheet metal when you bend and wobble it and it makes that special wooping "twang". I think it could be interesting to see how the sound is produced in detail.
Yes but I am not interested in the sound itself. I am interested in the dynamics that goes on in the sheet that _makes_ the sound. I figure it has to be quite dramatic since it can be very noisy.
You can't really see it. It's resonance of this thin sheet of metal. It wobbles from one side to another stretching and relaxing itself, in proces of course pushing aside air around it. Just like you get with normal speaker... In fact you can make speaker out of it! Sounds are quite amazing when you try to play music with a lot of low in it.

*_Qwerty Master_* wouldn’t be hard at all. Go to a zoo enclosure that has one, put it at the top of the tree, and it’ll jump and glide to the ground. I don’t think they will, but it’s what I’d love to see
*_Qwerty Master_* one of the cameras is constantly recording and needs the button to be pressed within I think Gavin said 4 seconds to record the last couple seconds. That's why he runs to some of the cameras in some videos
I think we should give a shout out to the people behind all these, the camera crew, emergency services, everyone setting up these scenes and cleaning up, they're what's making all these possible, good job everyone!

At first I really wasn't into the style of this show, but it's definitely grown on me. I'm looking forward to when they get back to the normal style of videos, but I'd still say this is one of the best RU-vid Originals series I've seen, and Gavin and Dan seem to have grown more confident/natural with each episode in this style.

Let me guess. More complaints about water waste. Water is not wasted if it is not contaminated. Life always finds a way to use water. And it is never used up in the water cycle. What is much more of a waste is hoarding water in storage tanks for human consumption while life around dies and dries up. Use water freely if you want to maintain a pleasing environment. Hoard it if you want to create drought.
Im just happy that they were able to do all weird crazy stuff that they can't do in a back garden. I wonder what ideas they've come up with since then lol

They literally talked about it in the paintball video. They also did a Bullet Time scene...but then again that was only with a nerf dart and of course nothing is entertaining unless someone is about to die, right
It is too old or too long ago, no idea what you're talking about. But I've seen a few bullet hitting things videos in slomo. Doesn't quite compare to seeing two bullets hitting each other I would imagine, but who knows I could be wrong.
These started off quite good but I feel the ideas are wearing thin. They’ve kinda gone from being deep and interesting, almost scientific in their detail, to just showy; lazily chucking water around, imho. Could it be such a high output of content exceeds input of inspiration? Still, a great channel.
Hey its daily content, compared to the Monthly videos he usually makes. Sure it is a bit less entertaining but theres way more of it. And its not a permanent thing, they had an opportunity to try something new, they took it.
Not to sound ungreatful, because I am watching these nontheless, but I guess we call can agree that these short ones are missing everything that made them entertaining at the first place. The sarcastic humour, the pseudo-amatour stage, long takes. Now it's all about Dan getting "hurt" because that's "comedy".
They don't remotely come close to what the older videos were, but hey its content at least. And wouldn't mind it if Gavin had to take Dans place after Dans little incident
Guys calm down about the effing water. More people waste water in the world than these two do in one day. 526 gallons of water is wasted everyday from things like a leaky faucet to a running toilet. Telling them not to use this water isn't going to help. You can help by checking your house for leaky faucets, pipes, etc.
It's odd how we see one person 'waste' a bunch of something and point it out 'Look! What a waste!' but when 1000's of people waste a tiny bit, all the time, and it's 'no big deal' because it's not obvious.
I don't know if someone addressed this before, but the danger involved in the first stunt was enormous. Not the water or the table, but the real knife and fork used, the risk of a serious injury was big, and real. Take care next time guys.
Surprised that they didn't just pretend Dan was waiting his meal, Gavin as the waiter, going "I'll fetch you some water, sir." and then pull that stunt, if only to avoid having to prep an actual meal just to wash it away :P
Indeed. Guess they've never seen a swimming pool. At the very least, the water they used will be returned to the environment, instead of contained and removed from it. I'm sure there are far worse ways to "waste water" than this, lol

Never forget that the (kinetic) energy in a moving fluid is proportional to the CUBE of the velocity; that is the killer in "family drowns driving across creek" stories in the news. Cheers, Chris
