Living in a tiny space doesn't mean having to sacrifice comfort. See how I designed a simple, minimalist rental unit that maximizes all of 22 square meters. #design #interiors #minimalist #organizedliving
I understand how some comments say this isn't a transformation but rather just placement of storage units everywhere, but I'm impressed. You convinced my of the practical importance of custom storage. It's probably expensive (would love to see an estimate on this) so maybe in the future when I have a bigger budget I'll be able to consider it.
Hi Kevin! That means a lot :) Thank you! My approach to spaces is always with organized living and practicality in mind. My client was also very specific and wanted a LOT of storage. If you could send us your email so I can send our Minimalist Studio Package with you
Really intresting video! Hopefully there's like a blue print floor plan for us to see the before and after next time. And also a rough estimate of the budget would also be really helpful. :-D
Nice and cozy. But where is the rangehood exhaust for the kitchen for to reheat some food without it the whole place., Will smell terrble in due time even the clothes of the occupants Will smell food. and place for the ref or mini ref.
Michael Chu thanks for your feedback. My thoughts too. But as with any project, client has the final say. The range hood, integrated cooktop, kitchen backsplash and washer/dryer were just some of the things she opted not to have. The ref is seen in the video :)
Where’s the hole for the TV wires? I can see its perfect for 1 person or if the bed is larger a couple in a relationship would be the maximum occupancy for this
How much is the estimate budget for something like this but for a 21+ sqm rental unit? Seriously considering to get you as our designer! Will appreciate a reply :)
Thanks for your feedback and I will take note of it. I am a professional organizer first, who happens to design. My focus and approach is that of designing proper storage and flow of space for my clients. Each project has tidy living in mind. All of my videos, design or otherwise, will have this perspective. If you have time, you can watch my intro video to see what my videos are about. Thank you for watching :)
Thanks for your feedback. The focus of this project was to provide maximum, no-nonsense storage per the client’s request. She didn’t include a kitchen backsplash, accessories, a cooktop, washer/dryer among other things. You may check my other projects for more design-driven spaces.
It's so refreshing to see another Mga Pilipino woman doing great work (if the tagalog isn't correct, I apologize -- I only know what the manongs at my work place used to use). Great video, keep up the good work!
Pul-out dinning table. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any chance for more videos like this Mica? I like it the most because these arch stuff is soooo creative and out of box thinking. I like it more than make-up stuff and others :P
All of this is great information. I really like things that have dual/multiple uses. I like the white and natural look, makes the place look bigger. Great job on this, some great points that I will use to rearrange my living area👍
Nice and tidy- never easy to design for such a small space. Clever to use shelves/cupboards and wardrobes that are not too deep to save even more space.
Bong Salva thank you! The cabinets were all customized. We used marine plywood, duco finish. We can also do HPL and hardwood, depending on the client’s specifications and budget :)
Hi, can I get the link/source as to where you bought the Feca product for the bathroom? I'm also just renting an apartment and it's really difficult not being able to drill stuff on the wall. Thanks.
Small condo units like this usually dont use washing machine. It's either they handwash their clothes or have their laundry picked up by delivery laundry service. A lot of big condos here have restaurants, laundry service, grocery and cafe in their ground floors- just like a mall - so it's really convenient
