Definitely hard work and good effort. And for that you are to be saluted. My recommendation would be to make sure the trenches in which your columns and beams are laid are cleaner. There's too much dirt, loose rubble down there. That can affect the quality of the beam when you pour it. Also there's some problems with it being level in a couple locations. But all in all it is clear that you do very much hard work and you are to be commended. Bon courage !
same, thats what i saw too, maybe stick some rocks under spots to level and get a kerscher brand shop vac and tidy up just before the pour. city hardware has them and they work good- i'd add: paint all that with iron oxide red primer while you have the chance ! your rebar wont rust inside the concrete !

Lots of work and effort in this steel work. Great job and congratulations to the steelworkers. This indicates that there will be no form work for the beams and kickers. Probably, wood will be more expensive than the extra concrete that will be used to get the foundation done. Great job though
@@alexescalante8650 plinth beam is provided at plinth level. That is when u want to construct your house,at some height above the ground level at that time u need to provide plinth beam. And ties beam is provided below the ground at the foundation level, to connect the two footing, specially in the case of strap footing. Which is also called as strap beam. .. below ground there are two types of beam. One is strap beam and second is tie beam. When beam is connection two footing in the inclined direction than it is called as strap beam . And when beam is connecting two footing horizontally or vertically than it is called as tie beam. Ties beam is also provided to support the column in earthquake zone. Tie beam is also provided if column height is more. So for tie purpose tie beam is provided in saome case.
