In this tutorial I’m going to show you how to tie dye rayon drawstring pants using sinew and the ice dye technique. These pants are super soft and comfy. Perfect for lounging around and beautiful enough to dress up and go out.

I strongly recommend them. Dharma has two to choose from and I prefer these. The legs are less balloon like, more of a straight flowy leg. I put the link in the description box. I have these pants from Dharma and I love how comfortable they are. Plum and amethyst are beautiful together. You used all my favorite Dharma purples. I think grape is an underestimated color. It’s beautiful. It doesn’t split very much and I like that about it. Great tutorial. Thank you for sharing. 💜💜💜

Katie, these pants are AMAZING! I highly recommend them. They are so soft and comfy. Dharma has two kinds and this is the better shape of the two. The extra work of uploading to RU-vid is time consuming, but I love doing it because I can share my creations with those of you that enjoy the tie dye process like I do. Otherwise I’m just bombarding my poor mother with pictures everyday. I really appreciate your participation. 🥰❤️🌈

Thank you, Nina! So, sadly no. Acetate cannot be dyed with procion dyes because it’s man made. You’ll need iDye Poly for that synthetic fabric. 😉❤️🌈
