Tie the Best Jerkbait Leader for Muskies and Pike (Figure 8 + Crazy Alberto) 

Jerkbaits for pike and muskies seem to be the lures most influenced by the leader selected. To improve the effectiveness of a jerkbait, it has to run correctly and be responsive to the movements you'd like to impart. We all know that running straight braid would give us the best action possible, but here's the leader I've come up with that least affects the lure's action that still provides bite-off protection.
