Graphic wise look way better than TopSpin2K25. Also the animations are spot on. The big huge problemi is the physic of the ball, which personally is the most important thing in a tennis game. They really need to work (loads) on this.
Nice gameplay... as a FATS player i have a few things to say... gameplay looks decent and well paced, very nice animations and overall realistic look. On the bad side, net play needs a lot of work. on some plays look like the player prepare their ground strokes way too late. Also the shot selecion and placement the CPU makes, is horrible, playing balls to the same place, having an open court situation. On the graphics side, I noticed that players look too tall for the court, i dont know if there is a problem with proportions or what, but Alcaraz Looks like a 2,00m tall guy. Last thing, the clay court texture looks a little blured or not that HD as I would spect, also the lines look too big. In original FATS the clay courts looks so much better. I hope the keep the good work and give us a nice 2024-gen game.
I dont understand how people in here consider this a good gameplay or animations. The graphics look better and they have a bigger roster than Topspin but other than that to me it looks unplayable. Animations are so clunky. All in all Topspin is still the gold standard and it is not even close
Player movements need improvement. They remind me of Smash Court Tennis 3. The ball physics are halfway there. The graphics and player models are better than TopSpin2k25.
1 - If more than 100 licensed tennis players 2 - If career mode will be added in future updates 3- It is currently in Early Access only for PC and the launch on consoles is expected at the end of 2024
It's getting better but it feels like the core of the project has something wrong that makes it too unrealistic. And it seems that for now players don't have their own style and the way they play doesn't resemble their actual style, Dimitrov doesn't play and move that way at all
