Tier-1 Retailers | New Sales Tax Order 2023 Issued | STGO 6 | Integrate with FBR POS 

Tier-1 Retailers have been defined in section2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. It was inserted through Finance Act, 2019. In this regard a new Sales Tax Order 2023 issued. This is titled as Sale Tax General Order No. 6 of 2023 or STGO No. 6 of 2023.
Tier-1 Retailers are required to integrate with FBR POS immediately. The retailers who do not integrate, their input tax will be disallowed.
