I have the COMPTIA A+ study guide and IT Fundamentals (ITF+) study guide. Which study guide would you suggest I begin with and what should I be looking for in a job description, that would give me the best chance to obtain a help desk position with no experience?

i have a question. as an IT what is the best way that can you document issues to them re use or find the information at ease when a similar problem appears. So far i have used a portable word document but it gets hard to categorise and re find easily something when is needed. Maybe that can be a good idea for a video :)
