In today's video I show you the step by step process of making this lovely tiered ruffle dress. The dress is a perfect mixture of chic and comfortable. I have not always been a fan of long dresses but I'm so in love with this one. I hope that when you watch this video you will learn a lot and be inspired to make a dress like this or something similar.
For reference my measurements are [ 32, 24, 27,33] bust, waist, round under bust and hip.
